Public Apology
To whatever deity I have pissed off:
I am sorry. Very, very sorry.
In case you missed it, we recently moved and have been job hunting. I finally got offered a job which is good because there are BILLS to pay. Only problem is they have to complete my very thorough background check before I can start. This is well and good except the college I attended about 15 years ago has been closed for playing fast and loose with the money. The governing body that oversees that sort of thing in that state now has my transcripts. In order for them to release the information to my potential employer I need to fax them permission. It will take a minimum of two hours from receipt of the fax to have the information in their system. After trying to fax this for an hour and a half I get frustrated and call. Their fax is broken!
Again whichever deity you are, although I have no idea exactly what it is that I did, I am sorry. Truly sorry.
