4x4xStuck
In Alaska we used to make fun of people with 4 wheel drive vehicles, as more often than not they were stuck on the side of the road. People tend to think 4 wheel drive will make their vehicle impervious to any weather condition. That is until they meet the ditch. I have a four wheel drive vehicle and not more than 20 minutes ago, just slid down the hill by my house. Now my truck is blocking my neighbors driveway, and there is nothing the gods of 4 wheel drive can do about, much less me. So now in addition to four days of lost wages, I have one stuck truck. My instincts told me not to get the vehicle out of the driveway this morning, but they were overruled by my pocketbook. Should have listened to myself.
